We are delighted to announce that we'll be hosting a small gathering in downtown Los Angeles following the conclusion of Anime Expo. Sign up for a chance to join the North American Community team for an evening of chill vibes and meet your fellow Warriors of Light to talk all things FFXIV!
Event Details
Adventurers who are selected to attend can enjoy an evening of fun with their fellow Warriors of Light and the North American Community team! We'll have some fun ice breakers and will be hosting a giveaway of fun prizes!
Additionally, the venue will have both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options available for purchase.
Requirements
- You live near Los Angeles or will be in the area during the gathering date.
- You possess an active FINAL FANTASY XIV service account.
- You are at least 21 years old.
* Those who do not meet the age requirement will not be permitted into the event.
- You must have a valid photo ID with your name and date of birth to enter the event. (State ID, driver’s license, passport, etc.) Identification will be checked at the door for each attendee and their guest.
* Those who are unable to provide a valid ID will not be permitted into the event.
- Only those who have been accepted via the sign-up form will be able to attend.

- Once the form closes, we will hold a random drawing to select the attendees. Those selected will be contacted via the email associated with their Square Enix account. Please ensure that your email address on the account is accurate.
- An announcement will be made on our official X account or Bluesky account once we have completed sending notifications to those who have been selected. Additional notifications may be sent should space open after the first round of acceptances.
- Those who were not selected will not receive a notification.
