On both days, DJs will be playing background music before the show begins. Feel free to arrive at the venue early to enjoy some tunes!

* All information and staff assistance at the venue will be available only in Japanese.
Ticketing Details
Each person may apply for up to two tickets for each performance.
* Even if you purchase two tickets, only one scannable digital code will be issued, and you must enter the venue with the other person accompanying you.
* Children under the age of 6 will not be permitted. A valid ticket is required for children 6 years old and above to attend the event.
Ticket Price
9,000 Crysta per ticket
* Only Square Enix Crysta can be used to purchase these tickets.

North American/European Player-exclusive Drawing Entry Period
Until Monday, July 7, 2025 at 7:59 a.m. (PDT)
* You must possess an active FINAL FANTASY XIV service account in either the North America or Europe region.
* Once you have applied, you will not be able to change the details of your application, such as the type or number of tickets, or cancel your application.
* To apply, you must be at least 15 years old or older. If you are under 18 years old, please obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before applying and attending the event.
* Winners will be determined by random drawing. It is not on a first-come, first-served basis.
Winner Notification and Payment
Those selected will be notified via the email address associated with their Square Enix account on or after July 18, 2025. Please ensure that your email address on the account is accurate, and that you can receive emails from the @square-enix.com domain.
Please ensure your Square Enix account possesses the required amount of Crysta by the debit date indicated in the notification email. If your Crysta balance is insufficient on the debit date, your application will be invalidated.
Tickets available through this drawing will be scannable digital codes and not physical tickets. A scannable digital code and seat number will be sent to the email address associated with the purchaser's Square Enix account on or after Friday, September 12, 2025.
